Default CTR n ITR for b16 n ls vtec set up

if the ls vtec is set up right..how long will it last?i drive an EG..just want to know if i have LS vtec with CTR piston...can i use 91 octane??? i heard 91 is da min u can go...can some1 explain to meeh?? what u perfer..ls vtec build or b16 build?? with what..itr or ctr?

im not gonna flame you because i think some people are seriously rude, but this has been covered more times than i have fingers and toes, just go to search and type in "LS/VTEC with CTR or ITR pistons"
