so i was driving home from a party and was not buzzed only had two or three beers and i was going about ten over when my radar goes off so i slam my brakes as the cop comes around the turn right before my neighborhood and as he passes me he seriously pulled an e-brake and i bug the **** out. I flew to my house hitting like 3rd gear vtec and turns off my lights when i get in my driveway and then i see the cop come flying down the road. so i bounce and run away from my house(with my friend that was with me) and watch from down the street then another cop comes. meanwhile their talking to my parents trying to find out who was driving the car. so i call my ex with my friends phone cause i left mine in my car and she picks me and him up down the street. i get in her car and she flips out on me and finally tells me to get out of her car 5 mins later. so i get the **** out and start walking home without a cellphone walking in the woods cause i live in the boonies. finally an hour later i get to my neighborhood and as i start walking up the street a cop flies out at me. he asks who i am and once i said that he jumps out the car and hand cuffs me(for his protection he said) but still doesnt ask me what i was doin. then he makes do sobriety tests and i was so tired and shakin that i could barely do any of them. so he handcuffs me again and brings me to the station. their i take a breathalizer test and i blow a .03 which is **** but still gave me a dwi because im not 21 and a ticket for 52 in a 40. i think this whole thing bullshit and im hoping i can get out of this some how, any suggestions?

i dont know every cop in my town is out for me and my friends cause were the only ones that race around and get in trouble i knew i was fucked either way but i thought maybe that i could get away but i didn't.

I'm in no position to give you advice, i'm only 20 and in my short time driving i have been pulled over nearl 20 times( 5 times in 4 months with an R).

But if your gonna run, make sure you get away!

If no one admitted to you driving as well as yourself, they can't legally pin a DWI on you. If you admitted, then you're screwed...

If the story goes exactly as said and you did NOT admit to anything, higher a lawyer. A DWI on your record is serious in many ways. As much as it's deserved... I hate cops in my area and everything they stand for. So, with that being said...

YOu want help from us? You're not likely to get it. I don't respect losers that hit 90mph with no lights on while running from the cops after drinking after speeding which got the cops attention in the first place. If one was intelligent one would not be speeding, especially after drinking.

you are most likely screwed. since you ran and are underage they'll probably take the book to you. unless you get a lawyer who knows the prosecutor pretty well in nj, of that town.

driving after drinking ANY amount of alcohol is ******* retarded. It kills lives and their is no reason to do it. If you called your EX to pick you up when you were running from the cops you could of easily called her from the party and gotten a ride home and avoided this mess all together..your young and stupid and your lucky you didnt kill urself/someone else..and dont make up reasons like you were only buzzed cuz then you wudnt of failed the sobriety test.....

In that kind of situation, your best bet is to hire a <U>good</U> lawyer and do what he says...

On another note, look at this as a lesson well deserved...trust me ive been there

Everyone screws up some time or another, but the better person learns from it and doesnt do it again...
