Default Quick OBD conversion question

Hey If I swap all my wiring in my car (90 CRX) to OBD-1 I would have to swap all the wiring underneath the dash too right? If I do that will all the gauges and dash stuff plug into OBD-1 or what do I have to do to use OBD-1. I have an engine wire harness already, but I still need the ECU harness.

no that would be unnecessary, you need a blown90hatch conversion harness for inside the car for the ecu. Then you would have to convert the dizzy plugs to obd1, you would also need obd1 injectors. Also would need a 4 wire o2. Seems like im forgetting something...

so basiclaly you have to convert your engine bay harness to obd1 clips so u can use the obd1 stuff. then a conversion harness for the ecu which run from anywhere from 125-170 bucks. I recommend this http://www.jkobdconversionharness.com/ comes with all the instructions unlike boomslang who just has the harness and no instructions. I have all the clips for obd1 if you are interested, its of a jdm gsr harness.

O ryou can go to the zcresource.com and check out the write up over there it is great and all you need is half the chassis harness off obd1.

So I would have to change the half of the harness that plugs to the engine right? Will the OBD1 engine harness plug up to the OBD0 plugs at the firewall though?

I am runing DSM injectors now... Why do you have to switch to OBD1 injector plugs? Shouldnt the resistor box already be set to go throgh the OBD0 harness? I understand the Dizzy plug switch... The O2 sensor wires would have to be run seperate too right?

you don't have to change your injectors or plugs. unless you want to run different injectors. if you leave your dsm injectors and resistor box alone you'll be good, no need to change them.
