Can anyone tell me how to remove the large black screws holding the bumper from the top? Don't tell me use a philips screwdriver...I tried several different philips screwdriver and I can't even budge the screws. I'm afraid of stripping the screws. TIA.

 

Lube em a little. The base is rubber and binds up a little. Try to get the lube under the rubber. Water should work.

Use a phillips!
