Default Fuel Injection Problem

I have an '89 Accord SE-i, 2dr Coupe, Blue-Green, 5 speed - RARE, Original Owner

At sustained highway speeds, 65+ MPH for 5 to 20 minutes, the yellow Engine Check light comes on and I notice a decrease in high speed performance and a drop in gas milage. The light stays on until the ignition is shut off. The computer's diganostic LED blinks once every 2 seconds, and according to the PGM-FI diagnostic chart in the Honda factory service manual, the problem should be the oxygen sensors or the fuel pressure regulator switch...in that order. I replaced both sensors, (1 was original, and 1 was an aftermarket replaced 6 years ago). The replacements I used were the Standard Motor Parts brand, the most common aftermarket brand out there. The only thing that got cured was a somewhat rough idle. Next, I replaced the original Fuel Pressure Regulator switch which gave me slightly better low speed performance, that was about it.

The Honda dealer I use for the serious work like clutch and timing belt replacements, valve adjustments, etc. is telling me that I have this problem because didn't use original Honda oxygen sensors. They want approx $450 to put in genuine Hondas. I asked them that if I still had the problem afterwards if I'd get my money back for mis-diagnosis. They laughed in my face.

Be advised that this is the same dealer who recently told me I had to spend $615 (+ tax) to repair the driver's door power window because I needed BOTH the regulator and motor. Took the car the to auto glass place that did my windshield earlier this year where all they replaced was the regulator (Original Honda Part used) and made the window work perfectly for a total of $195 (including tax).

Anyway, is there anyone out there what if anything else beside the Oxygen sensors and the fuel pressure regulator switch that could cause this problem?

you're stilling getting a CEL for o2 sensor even after replacing them? if so, it ay very well be a faulty aftermarket unit, but an oem o2 sensor is only about $80, why not pick one up and install it yourself?
