usdm recaro's (SRD's)..... what are the lowest sliders that will fit these in my dc2R?
Like the question says.....
I was considering getting a set, but would like to lower the seat height compared to stock.....
I'd also like sliders that lock on both sides - so they don't shift when racing, etc.
Anyone?
Vision, Recaro, Bride, etc?

They only have locks on one side tho. I dont think they have ones with locks on both sides but I could be wrong. Good luck finding them.
How much are the seats lowered with these rails?

those look suspiciously similar to the wedge eng. bracket/recaro rail setup I have now on my drivers side.
If anyone needs Vision rails for a bucket seat, then I have it, but as far as mounting on SRD's I don't have it. But ITR #132 is trying to sell his set with the seats I believe.

Those look identical to my old Wedge brackets. Vision brackets are the lowest but only lock on one side. My vision brackets only shifted sometimes but didn't most of the time depending on how i bolted them down. Sometimes they seemed to bind and were very hard to slide, in this state they never shifted on me.
Here's a pic of the Vision SRD brackets:

Got them from A&J, waited a long time for them too.

390 is for both...
"Custom fit for *any* Honda chassis (Civic, Integra, Del Sol, Accord). Includes everything needed for driver and passenger seats! Height adjustable for seat height from stock to 1.5" lower than stock. "

Not sure how much they lower the seat but I had to readjust my mirrors. The sliders rest on the hump on the floor and seat is bolted directly to the sliders. So the seat is like half an inch off the floor (the front hump at least). It's at least an inch or two lower than the wedge brackets at their lowest setting. More importantly they keep the seat centered with the wheel.

wait a minute... if these are the same as the wedge setup, which it looks very much like my wedge setup, the brackets should be 75 each and the recaro rails are 75 a set per seat. add that up and that's 150/seat. double that for two seats and that's only $300 for the wedge brackets and recaro rail setup. How is $390 not a bad deal??
