We are trying to fix my buddy's window. It will roll down fine but it will only roll up periodically. You have to push the switch up and to the side to get it to roll up. This is on the drivers side window. It isn't the motor because we finally got it to roll up. What could it be? And if it is just the switch, how much is a new one or does anyone have on that they can sell me?

when you pull up on the switch and the window doesn't do anything, do you hear any sound at all in the door? if not than most likely it's your switch.

 

mine did the same thing, and finally it just quit working tonight. now the window wont roll up!! please help someone!! can i manually roll it up?

 

ok well after taking the motor apart and manually spinning it with a power drill i got my window rolled back up. YAY!!! now i just need to find someone with a window switch. i may be able to get one from a friend off his totalled accord along with his APexi WS coilovers but i just have to get it before the insurance takes the car away.

 

if you can't get it from your friend's car, your local junkyard should have plenty of them
