Dog-gear engagement gears
Boy has this topic been a hot one lately....
This is an area that I have kept a close eye on for some time now. But just recently a setup has come to my attention that I have never heard or seen of. CTC Motorsports offers a complete replacement gear set and shafts for the B-series trans. Has anyone had any experience with them? These guys are out of Texas. I havent spoke with them yet but it doesnt look like there website has nothing to do with Hondas just Nissans and EVOs(rally cars). I would then believe that this kit would be coming from Austrailia then because at this time the only company that I have heard of cutting a full straightcut dog set is in the outback somewhere and are being imported into the States by 3 companys. The website is

look under driveline...duh....
BTW $6995.00

I know of them. When they were being made I know that they were going to have the b16 ratios. But, CTC is no longer around. But I think they have started a new bussiness called Wassabi racing or something like that.

Actually these gears were going to be done for the team I was a part of last season. CTC are a bunch of really cool guys and I think the new place is bad ***, from what I hear. I bet you can still get them. The people that make them are the same people that make the gears for the WRX.
