i clicked on this thread to see some funny flaming, but they actually don't look bad at all IMO. I'm not into stuff like that, but be honest, hows the light output? let us know how the HIDs look/work in them. has it rained on them yet? and lets see some day pics.

wow,
yeah normally I think you would/should get flamed for crazy headlights of this sort.

BUT these are prabably the first pics of eg lights, with a single, integrated headlight/cornerlight design,

no seam whatsoever!
interesting,

but yes, we need to see some day pics

A rep for TYC brought these (or their version) by the shop. They brought them in both chrome housing, and black housing, and while im not a fan of appearance mods at all, I must say these were probably the best looking one piece conversion lights i've ever seen. They also come with the little TYC legality card you can toss in a cops face. Thumbs up for that too! As far as how well they light up, I couldnt say, we arent open when it's dark haha.

I had reservations about selling them at first until we got the first set, I must say that they are by far the best aftermarket lights for the Civic. As with most aftermarket projector headlight they are not very bright at night.

UPDATED PICS up top!

1. i don't think they are rice. not getting into a debate but these are the first projectors i've ever bought and there's a reason for that. i never even considered by them before because i never saw a pair that looked good on a civic. they are a tasteful one-piece that is a vast improvement over mediocre stock headlights. if these were stock headlights on a JDM EG you'd be raving about how great they are. most the 'honda elitist' that have seen them on my car (that would never consider chaning their stock headlights and vision corners) started drooling.
2. they are about $200 shipped on ebay
3. they are DOT approved and fit very well
4. i posted pics of the beam pattern up top. that's kind of a subjective thing so you be the judge.
5. they use H1 bulbs
