92 Accord Automatic To Standard

I Would like to know what are the necessary parts for a conversion for my 92 accord from automatic to standard? and if anybody has some of these parts available

shirt linkage, clutch master cylinder, probably tranny mounts, new ecu i think, shifter, i'm not sure what else. Oh yeah, turn your caps off.

dont forget clutch/brake pedals....
