Default Slight Problem after CAI Install

After install my CAI, the Auto Up/Down on my drivers side window isn't working. It will go up and down regularly just fine, but when you pull/push that little extra to get it to go up/down by itself it won't do it. Anyone ever experience this? I don't think the window relays were affected by anything we did in the engine bay. Not sure exactly why/how this is happening. Any help would be most appreciated.

After or during the install? During the install we had to unhook the battery, and I noticed the problem after driving it around for about 10min or so. I haven't unhooked the battery since then. Does that help at all?

Roll your window down and hold the button down for 5 secs. then go up and hold it up for 5secs. That should fix it.
