hey, you fixed it. congrats. i dunno about your kit, are your sure you have the right ballasts? it could also be the stock headlights, they wouldnt project hid light like an s2k or bmw i would guess.

i bought the kit from Supremepowerparts.com.....they are made by Polarion but use philips bulbs and ballasts...the ballasts says polarion on it though, but they say its philips....im most likely gunna sell em and get something else...but if i do get different headlights you think output would be better?

If you didn't notice a huge difference between your stock headlights and the HID's I would try get your money back. If you did notice a diff. try re-aiming the lights. That might help a little. If theyre in your civic it could just be the stock headlight housing, since it wasn't made for HID in the first place. But I have seen civics with TL HID kits and theyre bright as hell, but the light isnt spread out evenly, just kinda scattered. Just throwing ideas out there. Sorry if it didnt help. good luck though.

My guess is they did a **** poor job of rebasing the bulbs to fit a 9006 housing, and consequently the beam pattern is probably all screwed up.

I found that you get a large black circle in the center of your pattern if they are even 1mm to far out!
