engine swap...then brakes?

Well most of our hybrids I think have drum brakes, so right when u got your swap did you put in some disc brakes or did you wait awhile?? I am thinking about buying the rear disc brakes now..?? opinions?

I did my swap first, and then installed disc brakes. My stock brakes seemed fine, but I absofukingloutly hate drums!

I did my swap a couple months ago, and I'm doing my brakes ASAIHTC (as soon as i have the cash).

I did the swap first, then put in the discs as soon as I could get them.

i had the money so i got the 5lug conv and got rims with the deal as soon as i got my swap
