I have a civic fludyne rad and will be installing AC into my car shortly. I was going over the details of the install and how lines route etc and noticed that one of the lines will be in front of the rad. Normally, the single core civic rad will clear this line with ease but with the bigger fluidyne, will it clear? Is anyone running this?

You could measure how deep the fluidyne and see if it will hit. I think it will fit, but can't promise. I think most of the guys on here pick up a dual core off of a Del Sol VTEC or similar.
