H&R sports are good springs. They're actually progressive in the rear to help reduce understeer.

i got em. they drop more than 1.5 for sure. it's advertised at like 1.75f/1.5r for that "raked" look. i like the springs a lot, got em mated to kyb-agx's. my front wheels are almost tucked though...

makes life kinda rough for my dp and 5qt oil pan...ah well..

you have the sport ones...the sport ones claim 1.5 inches while the race ones claim 2.5 inches...what size wheels do you have

I have the H&R sports on my integra with stock shocks. After 2 years, it seems that my springs have sagged. They claim they don't, but I think every spring does. The ride is decent, not too harsh.

There are a lot of people on the board who recommend the OE H&R springs just because they doesn't cause negative camber and doesn't "slam" the car.

I'm quite happy with my sports. I'd recommend them.

did you only go down 1.5 inches...also you can correct that negative camber just by getting an alignment...its when you go over 1.5 inches that camber comes into play from what i have heard

HR sports, NOT the race, dropped my prob 2" in front, 1.75 out back. Last set of tires i had, i rotated regularly and got 30k from (Dunlop sp4000). Camber wear isnt an issue for me.

I have 95 gsr wheels wrapped in 205-50-15 dunlop sport 5000's, currently with 15k on em, and they look good for at least that much more.

If someone wants to overnight me a digicam, i could have some pics of em, and of my turbo engine bay, posted here...hehe

I've had the Comptech sport springs on my car for the past 4 months and I'm very pleased with them. The drop is even on all 4 corners at about 1.25" which is just about perfect IMO. The spring rates are not too harsh either at about 330lbs/front and 220lbs/rear, but they really change how the way the car feels in a very good way. These springs with the Konis and ITR rear swaybar have made an unbelievable difference in handling -- a really nice combo for a daily driving family car and part time autocrosser.

I've got H&R Sports on my '98 teg as well. Not too bad a ride for daily driving, though long trips start to hurt. Great out on the track. I like them a lot. I would agree that it seems like they've sagged just a little, probably more like a 2" drop in front now. Oh yeah...not that I trust much of what Super Street prints, but they once said H&R is to springs as Godiva is to chocolate. It is very high quality stuff.

i have it on my 94 ls matched with koni adjustables and i love them!
i'm using 16" rims 205/45/16 tires. it lowered the car just right.

actually, i don't think you can adjust the camber unless you get a camber kit. i thought hondas don't have adjustable camber.....that's why you need to get a kit.

i think you are referring to "toe" in which you can adjust at the same time you get your alignment.

the sport springs are prety nice. I am going to be getting rid of mine for some GC coilovers though. The drop is just too much for me. It is more like 2"+, and i just dont feel like being that low.

Thats about exactly what I want with mine. What size rims and tires u got on there?
And how much did koni and H&R sports cost?
(It is Koni Yellows right?)

I myself am still researching about suspension.......
any input would be great!

they claim the drop is 1.75" in front and 1.5" in rear, but it lowers a little more than that. I'd say the front is very close to 2". My front tires almost tuck a little bit. I got the springs for $175 and the Konis for $500. and yes they are Koni Yellows. 16" wheels with 205/45ZR-16 Kuhmos. HTH

205/45/16...... How's the overall ride quality? Hope there's no annoying squeaking sounds at all..?

Your reply did certainly help....
Thank you.

ride quality is great but I like really stiff cars. It feels fairly soft to me, but all my friends say it rides comfortably so no problems. There are a few new squeks but i can only hear them if i have the rear seats down. remember Integras are noisy cars to begin with.

I have the h&r sports on my car... I have absolutely no complaints... After we installed the springs... the corners were nice. In opposition to tomakit... I honestly don't even think my car dropped even 1.5". However, it still rides well. My server is down, otherwise I'd show pictures.
