Default How much to lower?

Hey guys, I'm about to purchase some lowering springs for my car, and I can't figure out how much to lower it......Can anyone help me? I was thinking of the gold-line springs 2.5" but is this too low?, Eibach sportline 1.6, or Tein S-tech I think about the same 1.5-1.8 something like that. Anyone have any suggestions on what to get, and pics would be great

you want looks or a practical drop... I'm on eibach pro-kits (1.5" drop). My front bumper with a ctr lip just barely clears the sidwalk when I park. When I go to gas stations, my door just barely clears the islands that the pumps are on. I have just enough clearance to comfortably go over speed bumps. Only time that I scrape is on steep inclines.

Any lower and it could get annoying on a daily driver.

I have about a 3-finger gap up front and I have skinny fingers...

No looks, all practical, its mainly a daily driver so I dont want to be scraping everytime there's a bump on the road....I want to see that I have lowered my car though, I guess thats for the looks, but thats just for me, I don't care if anyone see's it, do you have pics of your car?

the 2.5 inch drop would be to low if you dont want to scrape everywhere. If you want a nice good ride, go with the eibachs

Eibach sportline 1.6 or H&R 1.7 I have H&R's I like them better than my friends Eibach.

what car/engine and what size wheels?

Eibach Prokit looks nice.. Sportline is nice too, a little lower than ProKit.. H&R Sport is also a good looking drop.
