Default HELP! loose lower control arm bolt?! KLUNK when i turn hard or brake hard

when i turn really hard, there is a loud clunk i can feel under my feet. i cant tell if its from passenger side or driver side. once before, this happened and it happened when i was braking farely hard. just KLUNK. i tightened the lower control arm bolt (front) and it went away. after about 5 days ITS BACK! could it be a bad bolt, where the threads are starting to wear? or is there a more serious problem. i try to torque it to spec, but its hard to get a torque wrench onto the driver side lca bolt. advice needed please!

Crawl under the car with a torque wrench and tighten your suspension bolts down to spec... Although if it only happens when you turn, I would also take a look at the sway bar and make sure that the mounting brackets/bushings are still ok.
