Default Anyone know anything about my ride?

I have, as the name says, a 94 civic vx hatchback. I have only seen one other VX on the road, and my local honda guy said he had not seen one, but his partner had once or twice. I dont have much of a clue about cars so any intresting bits would be nice.

What is the deal with the VX? I know it has a vtec engine so I suspect it has something to do with that. Also, the engine is a vtec-e type, does anyone know anything about what exactly that means?

Thanks to anyone who has some info, and those that respond with crap please at least make it funny

VX 5th gen hatchback. Not rare by any means. You got the econo VTEC. I think it engages around 2.5k or somethin'. 92hp maybe? Good luck searchin'.

The VX designation is simply a trim level code. It's lighter than an Si but not as light as a CX. The VTEC that your model has is not made for performance, but "environmental aid" or some ****, as the -e stands for. Aside from that, you can do anything to it your heart desires, from making it pull 1.0+ g's on a skidpad to running 8's in street trim.

Enjoy.

Just a low model civic.
Do you have any plans for it?
Want to sell it?
What do you want to know?

vx weighs exact same amount as cx, except it has lighter wheels, making the vx weigh less total. e stands for economy, not environmental aid. 8's in street trim?? too much 2f2f??
