It's very simple actually, just make sure you figure out which wire goes where and don't get anything mixed up, it's less than an hour's worth of work if you know what you are doing.

Easier said than done. Hey Phantom, you go to VA Tech? I'll be there next weekend, my friend's band has a show there. I think it's gonna be at a fraternity house, I'm not quite sure yet.

you have to re-arrange the pins in the plugs...as long as you have the wiring diagram for both the civic & teg, just match them up.

Please do superflea, I would like to see it in a 5th gen as well. My friend has his old G3 teg cluster at my house and I want to put it in my 93 hatch. Does anyone know where I could get a hold of the wiring diagram?

i have an integra R cluster in my car, but only 2 wires i think are different from that of the GSR cluster, if you decide to do it i can just tell you which wire to goto which slot.

also, ya im here at tech, what's your friend's band and do you know what frat they are gonna be at?

Cool Phantom. I might just trade in this GSR cluster for an ITR one. Do you know if it matters which year ITR cluster I get? I saw an add for a 00' ITR cluster with like 13K miles on it. Will that work? My friend's band is called Rude Buddha. The frat house they usually play at is Sigma Pi Epsilon, I think. They might play at "Top of the Stairs" also, I'm not sure if you are familiar with that place.

as long as the plugs are they same it will work, worst thing then is some wires were switched around and you'd have to get your hands on an R helms, but there's a bunch of people with R's back there so it shouldn't be hard to find.

I think i saw rude buddha here last year at that same place opening for sev, a friend of mine is a big sev fan and came all the way down here to see them ( i cant stand sev) but i thought rude buddha was kinda cool

Yeah, I was there when they opened for SEV last year. I'm not much of a SEV fan either, I've hung out with them a couple of times. I'll check the plugs first before I buy a cluster to make sure they are the same.
