Ground Control upper mount for honda Civic, Integra etc, etc. 88-99
Only for use with Ground Control coil over kits, adds XXmm extra travel, for better handling and superior ride quality.
100% bolt on, comes with all parts needed. Anodized, Laser engraved with pressed in studs, just like oem mounts. Will work with most stress bars.
$75 pair, complete /I]
This was take noff the ground control webside..
Any of you guys have your car conerbalanced at two different heights..
One for track and another for daily driving..some how marking the coils, by either permanenent marker, or paint, or measuring on the threaded sleave..
Whats the practicallity of doing this..and being confidend that the car will still be balanced correctly..

Not practical because once you change your ride height every other portion, toe, camber….... of your alignment and effective anti sway bar operating range will be out of adjustment and will need to be corrected for the change in ride height.
I cannot see the picture...... so i'm assuming they are just the upper shock mount designed to give you more travel - as for the parts themselves, they're fine pieces. I had 2 sets earlier this year.

That's what they are. It's not really a new part - it's just that Ground Control is about a year or two behind on updating their site (as usual).

You're other question's prettymuch been answered. The idea of raising and lowering a car for track/street isn't practical due to alignment settings.

illustrates both ways of getting more shock travel, but seems to confuse ppl on how it works. both steps independently create more shock travel.

The brake bracket part is 12389712490809x easier with Konis than with the shocks they're using. There should be a couple threads about it, recommended by our trusty Koni rep, Lee
