tape on lights???????

tape on lights???????

why in so many pictures are the headlights and corner lights taped up when on a track?? i tried a search but found nothing

Broken glass/plastic is dangerous. Some classes do not allow the removal of the headlights or other markers.

rocks, wristpins, etc.

it wont keep the glass from breaking, but it will keep the glass from littering the pavement.
