obd1 b18b into obd2 civic

ok i am bidding on an obd1 b18b complete swap to drop into my 97 dx sedan... do i need to get any engine mounts for the b18b or will the stock civic mounts fit?? also, what do i have to do to put this obd1 engine with the obd1 ecu into my obd2 car?
