Default spring/shock combo

im thinking about getting a new suspension setup on my 97 civic.

Im not a big fan of coilovers since i would probably never change the ride height. i was wondering what company makes a spring and shock combination? i know mugen has a sport suspension which is a spring and shock assembly, but i dont wanna spend $1000. are there any other companies that make a setup like that?

can you get Eibachs over there in the US? They are highly recommended over here in the UK.

H&R springs with any good adjustable shock....preferably koni yellows or illuminas if you have the money...otherwise get some kyb agx's....they are still good.

I assume springs and shocks are a "self-contained" package, that is, that's all you need to buy to do a suspension upgrade?

And what's the difference between adjustable and non-adjustable shocks? Downsides? upsides?

you buy the shocks seperately from the springs. Non adjustable shocks usually suck and with adjustable shocks you can simply change the stiffness if you want a stiffer or less stiff ride.

tokico shocks and H&R definitely

I currently have neuspeed race springs, i dont think theres much of a difference bt those and the H&R's... I guess its a matter of personal preference though. (correct me if im wrong)
