Default all motor setup

i was planning on building my allmotor project with these parts. do you really think i can hit 190-200whp and would it be able to take 9k-9.5k(only if it makes power this high) daily with this setup.

s2 stg2 cams
toda timing belt
s2 valve springs and retainers
type r valves(do you think i should get bronze valve guides)
alaniz street/strip head work
str cam gears
arp head bolts
mugen headgasket
ctr pistons(standard bore)
stock b16a rods (shotpeened and arp rod bolts)
type r oil pump
an-r header
s2 intake manifold
hondata im gasket
aem cai
str fuel rail
walbro fuel pump
rc 310cc or 270cc injectors
b&m fpr
str 68mm tb
msd cap and coil
msd sci
balance crank,rods and pistons
hks hi-power
test pipe
str block guard
c&r radiator
type r lma's
exedy clutch
act 12.5lb flywheel
apexi vafc2(i would go with hondata, but there isn't anyone that can tune around where i live unless i drive up to ny,pa, or ct to get it installed and tuned).

if i can't hit my goal then i'm just going to get a gsr block, but i want to see if i can make it happen with the b16a block

any feedback is apreciated

my cams would be a good start (sig)

but.... you might need a higher compression to make those cams work good... 12:0 up... since your doing all that **** anyway...your better off getting forged pistons/rods...... just my .02 though

there is no replacement for displacement. Go to a 1.8L man. go with higher compression.

One of my buddies has a b16a block mildly built (stage 3 cams, headwork, I,H,E) in his hatch and he still gets pulled on by gsr swapped hatches with bolt on's. Go with bigger displacement, it wont let you down.

i want to try to stay with the 1.6 and i wanna try to use the stock rods(shot peened and arp rod bolts) and ctr pistons just to keep the oem reliability. what compression do you guys recommend for the s2 stg2 cams. if i can break into the low 13's high 12's with this motor(slicks, axles, and jimfab traction bars) i will be all set. i have most of the parts and i'm going to start the rebuild during the winter. i am going to pick up a spare block get all the parts to be machined done(shotpening rods, honing,etc...) and put it all together. then when the block is ready i am going to pull the head and ship it to alaniz technologies and have him do the headwork.

You should pull 200whp easy with the stuff you want to do, i also think youll have no problem beating gsr's but compression equals power, just try it anyway itll make a good project.

200whp on a standard bore b16 is never easy...don't know where you get your info....but you will yield a very quick car with the mods you have listed...anywhere from 180-185whp...
