That's pretty dope. You should post this in the All Motor section.

This doesn't actually appear to be a build thread as the motor is already fully build and been running for a significant amount of time already.

This appears to be a braggart thread as far as I can tell.

I am trying to figure out how this qualifies as a technical thread.

To me, this is no different than posting a pic of a refinished painted car. Those don't meeting this sections requirements, so I am confused how this would.

Can someone enlighten me why this thread would be acceptable over any other showing off thread?

Not to knock the build, but it's done now so doesn't fit the bill imo.

Jesus Christ lol, anyone with half a brain knows this is fake.

This would be impressive numbers on a motor with cams, a ported head, and a good parts selection.

There is literally NO way that you made those numbers on a non-ported ITR head with ITR cams.

Nope. Zero chance.

Yeah I expect a lot of people not to believe it, this is the Internet after all. I wouldn't believe it myself if I didn't buy every part. It's real and a beast!

Coming from the guy who said making 200whp all motor on a b16 is easy. So please explain how this cant be possible especially when you said 280whp all motor on a 2.0 liter is easy. 250whp for 85mm with his supported mods seems possible to me

Very true. I should get it on another dyno. It's Definitely close though, because it's way meaner than my last setup that made 215whp and 140ft/lbs with Toda vtec killers.

We'll side on the benefit of the doubt and assume this is legit.

However, this still does not qualify as a tech thread so I struggle with leaving this when nice paint job threads are shunned by the community.

OP, if you want to document the build itself, by all means do so. I don't know how easy that will be after the fact but if you kept photos and documents and such to support a build, then by all means share.

I would suggest you take a look at the rules sticky above to see what qualifies and what does not in this section. And then do a quick search on build threads to get an idea if you could document after the fact with the material you may still have.

For now, this thread is closed. I do thank you for sharing. Regards.
