Default Opinion on Progress Coilover setup when road racing

I bought the height only adjustable setup about a year ago for my EF. Does anyone know if you can order different spring rates for the Progress stuff? How do you all that have them like them. I know there is much better suspension... but for the money, how are they?

i have the progress setup and am pretty happy. u can order any kind of springs for the setup, just get the inner diameter and free length of the coils. also, the nice thing is that you can revalve them to work directly with the new spring rates that you choose. so if u decide to put in super stiff springs, then u can have the damping to match it.

i plan on getting stiffer springs pretty soon, probably from hypercoil. i just have the regular street setup, so i want to stiffen it a bit more, but i still daily drive my car, so i dont want it to be uncomfortable. one of my friends says that the progress springs are actually just hypercoils that they paint over with their own aqua blue color.

im not sure if this answers ur question, but i hope the info has helped.

I use Progress coilovers on my CRX. They are non adjustable like yours. I told Jonathan at Progress the spring rates that I was using and he set up the valving for me. They work great.
KIWI, the second place H1 car in the WCHC also uses them
