Default b16 2nd gen no power stinks like raw gas

Ok I but a b16 2nd gen into a 93 eg and it sucks. It bogs all the time cold/warm or bottom end and top end. There is absolutely no power. Can't even spin in a gravel parking lot. went 100 miles on a little more then half a tank of 110 octane stinks like raw gas. cylinders 2 & 3 spark plugs are black 1 & 4 are good. Also, if I start beating the **** outta it, like running it to 7k rpms it throws a code, when i shut the car off the code goes away. I did get the code again though once after i shut it off and tried pulling it. code 1 = o2 replaced that but it still does it. ???

only thing i haven't tried yet was to look at the injectors. gonna do that next

Black plugs = Rich. O2 could be thrown from way rich mixture, I don't know if the 02 is clever enough to tell you that though. Check your fuel lines, rail, and injectors for anything odd. If you have an adjustable FPR, your pressure may be too high. Lastly, if you're bogging all the time, I doubt this, but check your cam timing. If this is your first swap, it's probable you missed the cam timing by a tooth or two before you slapped the valve cover on (I did that once!). That would cause bogging all over the place ( if you can get it started). Taking it 7k with incorrect timing is a kiss of death though, I don't think that's a good idea.

Oh yah, ditch the 110 octane. You're gonna have a hard time burning that with a stock B16, and without a doubt that gas is probably causing your problems. Burn the rest or get rid of that fuel before you mix in non-race gas too, I hear they don't get along together.
