ok i have a b16 93 coupe... with a chipped p06... well last night the car ran fine and everything was good... today i go to strat my car and it doesnt want to start well finally starts up but sounds like its going to die and if i give it gas it sounds like it will die also... so i wait then slowly give it gas and and then it quits doing it... i checked the check engine light and it is throwing a code 6 (water temp sensor) well i have had my car run in limp mode before but it never had problems starting like that could it be from limp mode or what would you guys suggest to fix the problem it just started throwing that code over night

i don't think your code has anything to do with your car not starting....make sure you are getting fuel and then i would check the ignition module and other ignition related components starting with spark plugs and working backwards good luck let us know what you find as you go and we'll be able to help more.

alright well checked the spark plugs and they were a little fouled out so i cleaned them up and then started it but still it hesitated.. i drove it and then i got to a place then it wouldnt start so we push started it and started to head home and it was loosing poser well basically the alternater went out im pretty sure my question is with the alternaterGOING out would it cause it to start like that and sometimes bog when i first start to take off?? i thought maybe cause it cant get power to the ecu or something...
