Default Hessitating Acceleration???

Well My water pump went out and my timing belt had a gash in it so I decided to change them out imediatly. Well I changed the timing belt and the water pump and everything went smooth. But when I went to go drive it the car hesistates like crazy it wont start picking up until you get to like 5 K rpm and then it feels like it hit v-tec or something. I have stock d15 in my 91 hatch still so I dunno what is going on? Any ideas??? Please help me!

Thanx

YOU DIDN'T GET THE TIMING BELT ON EXACTLY RIGHT. YOU ARE PROBABLY ONE GEAR TOOTH OFF.
