Default What are these 3 missing wires from 92dx hatchback for gsr swap(!!!pics inside!!!)

I'm getting a 95 gsr swap put in soon, and I need to know some wiring problems. It was mentioned that all 92 civics have the vtec wire present on the cabin side. I have the gsr wiring harnass which I wanted to use but It seems like I ran into a problem. Look here, this is looking from the rear of the cabin side plugs on the passenger side top plug.

What are those 3 missing wires? It's not the vtec solenoid or vtec pressure those are present. Here's another pic..

On the gsr helms manual those 3 wires on the gsr harness belongs to the MAP sensor. For a minute I thought I wasn't running a map sensor, but It couldn't be because the car won't be running right. I tested it by disconnected the map sensor, and indeed the car was wierd after it was disconnected, so my MAP sensor is functioning. Unelss those 3 wires are for the o2 sensor, but I have a 4or5 wire o2 not 1 wire.
I looked at my friends 92civic dx as well, and he was also missing those wires, but his car is a auto and mine was a 5speed and both is stock. On the other hand when I looked at my friends 92si and a 92vx, they have all the wires present including the vtec wires (both vtec of course).
So what is going on? Anyone know? Why am i missing those 3 wires? I believe my car will not run right if i just plug up the gsr engine harness since the cabin side is missing the 3 wires which are suppose to connect to the MAP sensor wires on the engine side harness.
I think my map sensor wires are some how wired on the driver side shock towers, because all the plugs are filled with wires. The gsr engine harness probably wont work with my gsr swap, but I belive i can reuse my orginal dx harness and extend the o2 sensor and other **** for the gsr motor and make it work, since if I use that dx orginal harness the MAP sensor wires will match up for sure. What do you guys think I should do?Here's another pic taken from the front of car. Here u clearly see the 3 missing wires, and along with the vtec pressure and vtec solenoid which isn't a concern since the engine side dont have them at all. But what are those 3 missing wires??? thanks for the time

Do you have a MAP that's mounted above the fuel filter on the firewall instead of on the throttle body? I had a 92 LX sedan with the MAP mounted there and the wiring went directly from it to ECU instead of through the engine harness then cabin harness.

Mine is mounted where the fuel filter is on the firewall, so does it mean mine is the same as yours where it runs directly to the ecu? So I should extend the map plug wires and plug it right up to the map on the gsr throttle body? thanks

If you are reusing the stock engine harness then the only MAP plug you will have is the stock MAP plug which isn't part of the engine harness. You should have enough slack to reach the MAP on the throttle body of the B18C, but if not you can remove it and run the vacuum hose from the stock MAP onto the fitting from where you just removed the MAP on the B18C.
If you use the GSR engine harness, you won't use the MAP plug on the harness unless you pin your MAP wiring into the cabin harness so it will match up and carry the signal.
