Default Advanced Timing

Stock timing for the H and F22's is about 15 degrees with +/- 2 degrees alterations. I know the H series engines have knock sensors but am unsure about the F series engines. keeping in mind, Timing can be advanced to the point where it dosen't trip the sensor...but at what degrees is this?? I know it's hard to say because of different modifications and octane levels, So......forget that question then. I am currently at about 19-20 degrees....but since i bumped it up from 12 degrees....i notice i am burning oil when high revving! Will this much advance cause the engine to burn oil?? what timing are u guys running?? Thanks!
