Ingalls Kit, some questions for people running it...

Ingalls Kit, some questions for people running it...
I did a search, didnt find anything i was looking for.
My friend has a Ingalls kit that hes willing to trade me for some stuff. I believe this kit is only +1, that is what IL4.com said anyways. Is there more than 1 kit or are they all the same?
Another question i had is how low can you go and still retain a -1 neg camber? I still want to ride just on tire or lower if possible but i dont want to hack my car up.
Im willing to do whatever, but just wondering my limitations. TIA.
