Rotor screws?
This weekend I was trying to remove my rotors to install my new Brembo Sport rotors. The problem that I ran into was that I couldn't remove the screwed that were screwed onto the rotors. They are rusted on and the screw driver did not give me enough leverage in removing it. Any tips on loosening the screw?
I usually have to use one of those impact handles. They look like a screwdriver handle for 1/2" drive sockets, you hit the end with a hammer.
Make sure the screwdriver slot in the screw is cleaned out really good & the bit is sharp. Otherwise the bit wants to climb out as you twist it.

I ran into the same problem putting mine on just about a month ago. I used lots of WD40 and patience. Also...I had my lil brother do it since he's in auto tech class and does this kinda thing everyday at his work. He just pounded away at it w/ a hammer and a screwdriver (much like an impact driver) until they loosend.
Now riding on brembo slotted rotors and aem pads.

I replaced mine around 6 months ago with the Brembo slotted, vented, drilled rotors and it was a Bi*&(*
to remove those stupid screws. I had to soak it with liquid wrench and use a impact jack-hammer drive to destroy those foolish screws. I would suggest that you purchase some new screws before you begin, from an authorize honda parts place because those screws are tempered steel to be able to withstand high temperatures. All I can say is to just soak it and drill and impact hammer the crap out of those screws. Sometimes you can go to a shop and they can break (loosen them) with their high touque impact wrench. Just have them loosen it for you then take it home and finish the project your self.
Good luck!!!

or you can just drill the screw head out, that's what I did when I replaced my rotors a few weeks ago. I used an impact screwdriver and it didn't even budge them, so I got pissed and pulled out the dewalt...
Man I'm lucky, when Driftking(phauk you on honda-tech) helped me out we used an impact screw driver and it worked no problem. We soaked the screws with a good amount of WD-40 and let it sit for a bit before we tried it. Brembos come with the screws so if you mess the screw up you'll be all set.
