its a JDM 4-1 header

well coming out of the parking garage at school last night i was going SLOW, like 2-3 mph and i felt a bang. i immedietly knew that it was probably my header, but it was dark. so this morning i popped my head under the car and YES FOLKS my header has one dent in each of the tubes(2 dents total). not real bad. but it still sucks ***.

i was thinking about reporting it to campus because the parking garage exit/entrance was just finished and hopefully blame it on the cement or somthing. i dont know.

i was wondering if that would affect my performance any. i am already running a 1.8L header on my 2.0L so with these 2 small dents i just hope its not gonna hurt anything bad. ill get pics up sometime. it just pissed me a off a little bit. i hardly drive this car around, and when i do, SH*T happens to it.

it's worth a shot... tell them that u didn't pay 300 bucks for a parking permit, just to park in a shotty parking deck, causing you to have to shell out another 300+ bucks to repair your car.

i dont have one. but it was always on the back of my mind. not sure if its too late now. but hey, its only a CAR right. right!! no worries. ill live i hope

 

The same thing happened to me, however my headers are the DC Sport Ceramic 4-1 header. I live in NYC, and the roads here are the worst. I dented mine on a pothole. I plan on replacing it though.
