what do you think about gs/vtec hatch

what do you think about gs/vtec hatch
My brother has got a old 90 gs motor and tranny he said that I could just have. Do you guys think that I should just swap It or go with another motor setup? I mean he is giving it to me free but it as a lot of miles. What do you guys think?
