best turbo for 98 gsr 400+whp wanted

i have a 98 gsr that I want to put some money into. I wanted to know what size turbo you guys would recommend.

as big as you can afford. sc61 would be a good turbo

I run the T3 60-1 stage 5 wheel ball bearing, its about 1300.00 or so but i hear the SC61 by Precision is pretty badass for around 700.

One of my freinds runs a t4 60-1 puts out over 500.
