I purchased a eg si/ex amber lit cluster from him on here on HT and paid him through paypal. he told me latter that his account was negative after I paid him and paid $25 to stop payment through my bank and but paypal just used the backup funding source so on a cluster I paid 100 for I ended up paying 125 for and still haven't gotten anything.

Here are some emails he sent me, this was sent on the 22 of Oct but I paid him on the 6th for it, " no i havent sent it out, whats your addresS?

Now all he would have to do is look in his paypal account and my address would appear being I was the buyer. Next was after I told him I didn't want to make this a bigger hassle then it was and to just call paypal and deal with them to get my money back. Last email was sent to" well call them back, get your money back, and send me $70 and it'll be shipped. that way it will turn out good for both of us."

Now why in the hell would I send him another 70 when I already spent 125 on it and it was only suppose to cost 100?

The guys name and address is Daniel Miller 605 Park South Blvd Arden,NC 28704. He is a member here and forgot his user name but did a search on eg amber cluster FS and could tell for sure which one was him. His email address is d.miller@lostdesigns.net.

Ban this **** from scamming other good people. I'm giving him a day or so and filing a charge with the Arden NC police dept on Internet fraud. If anyone has dealt with this guy or know him please PM me. Thanks.

Somehow I get the real winners when I buy or trade stuff on HT. If I get scammed once more on here I'm just gonna buy from ebay cause I've yet to be scammed there. Just trying to save alittle money and help out some people here make some money.

 

if your gonna do something about this through paypal make sure u do it within 30 days of the money transaction, because paypal fuked me, i tried to file a complaint on somebody that ripped me off, when i filed the complaint it was 34 days after i sent the money, they told me its been longer than 30 days so its out of their hands, i then said to the bitch "so that motherf***er can just take my f****ng money and you cant do s**t about it", she says "well,well" , i said "your a fu***ng a$$hole" and i hung up...lol just thought id share that

Quit crying, you got my money on the 9 of Oct and your just sending(supposely) this Monday. Don't worry I spoke to you local Sheriff (828-255-5555)and my Police Department so if I don't get a tracking number don't be surprised when I file a internet fraud charge on you. Why don't tell everyone here why you can't refund me my money on your Paypal account. Could it be thats it's negative from other people getting there money back from you?

Well I'll send anything till I get what I paid for. I think anyone would do the same thing if they were in the same situation. Don't worry I have a moderator put your name put on the scammer list.

Okay, if the guy doesn't send the cluster when I paid him with paypal, and then he asks me to get the money back and send him a money order. What are the odds I'll ever see that money again. At least with Paypal I've got some tyoe of protection. He just replied back cause he got a notice from Paypal about complaint files against him.

Dude your making this more of a problem, just 1. drive or walk to whoever your gonna send out it out with, 2. get tracking #, 3. perform steps in reverse, 4. send email with tracking # to me, 5. This rat race is done and don't have to deal with your slow as molasses *** ever again. Also what was the wait of 3 weeks for? You had my address if you would looked on Paypal or received a notice that you had receive money from me with my info or emailed me sooner asking, not me asking you whats taking so long or if you sent it out. So once again can you please tell the nice people who post on HT why and it would help you out if you plan on selling anything on HT cause I'll post this in everyone one of your classified post to warn people cause thats the good guy that I am.

 

So far you have yet to give me an answer to why it took so long, and why I had to email you to give you my address when I clearly emailed you numerous times and you could of asked me sooner. You have a computer and some type of online service. Email the number to me or hell post it here to show everyone that you sent it out and not just blowing hot air. I think that'd be fair and honest to show everyone else that your not just saying **** to make yourself look good. Now we need some HT people to do the Jerry chant and see if he posts the tracking number. Everyone chant "tracking number, tracking number, or Scammer until I get the cluster and to see that it actually works when I get it,to show that he didn't get pissed about this and send me a broken cluster. Anyone?

you send me $100 via paypal
i never got it because my paypal acct. was in the negitive
i told you to put a stop payment on it
still went through because you had a credit card on file (paypal bastards)
you filed complaint and got your $100 back
i shipped out item from my own ******* pocket ( $8.22 )

and your still ******* crying. so i dont understand.

Take note, I've yet to receive money back from paypal cause they are seeking to get the money back from Daniel. So Skribblah, I've never got back my money and would like to see some type of email from paypal on your half saying I got back my $100. Unless you can see my paypal account activity or know something that I'm unaware of I'm still clusterless or out 125. Paid 25 to stop payment but paypal still took money from my backup funding. You can post my name and address up as much as you like cause I've never had any problems with anyone on HT and the woman I spoke to on paypal told me from looking at your account that you've got some issues and shes not surprised with my situation dealing with you. I think anyone here would have done the same thing in my situation, if not someone please correct me if I'm wrong. People see my name from you posting it and thats shows not to mess around with me cause I dont mess with lowlives. I haven't posted cause I have to work. If you've noticed the time gap of when I last posted to now is roughly 8 hours, normal work hours.

Sorry bro, I made a complaint but doesn't mean I got my money back or anything back from him. I think he had this coming. He's yet to give a reason why it took this long to finally send it out. I emailed numerous times after I paid him and finally two weeks later after I paid him, he asks for my address. hmmm. So Skribblah please elaborate on this. Why didn't you email me early, like a week or two to ask for my address. Everyone damn well knows that you were never gonna send it, until I finally started posting stuff and notify paypal and your local sheriff. Then you saw I wasn't messing around and get shafted $100.
