Default slow *** DX

Hey I was wondering what kind of mods I can do to my 1.5L Dx....I went out to the track this weekend and lost every race. I just want something for now while I build my motor.

Engine swap. The reason the DX engine sucks is because it only has 2 fuel injectors and is mad restrictive. Do an engine swap, best bang for the buck.

Go MPFI (search: MPFI), put a SOHC VTEC head on, and you'll notice some nice gains. Also, the intake (of course) is long, and thin. The exhaust, as well..

I'm considering going all out on the exact same engine you have. It's not that bad of an engine. You just have to work on the weaknesses, is all.

hey man

i was in the same boat three years ago. 91 DX was running 17-1's.....lost almost every race at the track. i had a cai and axles back exh. I got the B16 in with hasport billets and she ran a 14.6 best at the same place. Just save and swap a b series and you'll be laughing. Its everything i ever dreamed of lol

I love my DX
