Clutch/flywheel at the same time???

Clutch/flywheel at the same time???
I want to replace my OEM flywheel with a CompTech aluminum. I thought i had heard people on this board who have this setup on their cars. Is it really a must to change the clutch out for say an ACT as well??? Thanks for the info.
