what to do first with my 95 Honda Civic EX SOHC Vtec
Depends on your budget...most people will start with their suspension. I would start off with a nice coilover set and some decent shocks(i.e. tokicos, kybs, koni, etc.).
welp... id have to say...
JRSC with i/h/e
or
Turbo setup with a nice exhaust
and nice suspention and some light wheels
then you will be all set.

wh0a wh0a type2si, as for money goes im a Senior in highschool and work roughly 30-40 hrs a week with 7.50 an hr sooo-.- im kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place
get a compression test...
If everything looks good get like a Greddy turbo kit, intercooler, Hondata S200b, and a fluidyne radiator and get it all tuned.
If I was to do it all over again Id get all the go fast goodies done first before I even touch anything else on the car.

I think tuning is relatively inexpensive in the long run. You get more power (somtimes substaintal) and greater reliablilty, fuel economy, etc.

Save up for one big purchase, I think it'll make you happier than blowing your dough on a bunch of little stuff.
You can put together a cheap turbo kit. Fuel managment with uberdata just got a lot cheaper, X-mas is coming up, maybe you can come into some money... start mugging old ladies
or
Intake, QUIET exhaust
good performance chip, and then maybe a used header.
But you're not going to make a lot of power on that powerplant. Maybe enough for you, the 5th gen civics are lighter than the 6th gens.
With some ingenuity, I think you can piece together a tubo kit for 8 or 9 hundred bucks.

And then maybe start saving for some rims, totally changes the personality of your car.
