Accord will not start, Cranks, sparks and has fuel.
I have a 1992 Honda Accord LX. I parked it in my driveway last night and this morning it wouldn't start. I checked all 4 spark plugs, they spark just fine, The spark plugs are clearly getting fuel as well.
Last week the car had the timing belt replaced from my local honda dealer. I checked the distributer to ensure the rotor is cranking.. I have put 500-1000 miles since I had the timing belt replaced.

I can't think of anything else than a drowned engine. It can happen if your cylinders are too full of gas, which you said was not the problem, or it can be that your engine doesn't get the air it needs to ignite. Try and see if your throttle cable is okay, maybe it is de-railed or broken and the throttle doesn't open, in which case your engine would not receive any air.
If it is not the case, you may have too much moisture in the cylinders, but that seems unlikely.

First off, I'm amazed in the response time! Very impressive!! This is clearly a GREAT Board...
Here is the otherthing I noticed a few weeks ago... I am getting oil on my spark plugs. At first I thought it was because I had a bad O ring or Valve Cover gasget. But I replaced the gasket and then the honda dealer replaced it a second time when they did the timing job. The oil has gotten bad enough to foul one of the spark plugs (connection from the wire to the spark plug) making it run in 3 cyclanders. I of course checked this today and found a little oil on the wire.. I cleaned the wire but this resolved nothing. This is happening to 1 cyclender only..

Dude, when it cranks, sparks and fuels, but still doesn't catch, it's obviously something else than the main relay.

Grounds are fine, I think it may be lack of fuel to the plug, I had it towed to my parents where they have a garage. We checked the timing, changed the plugs, and checked sparq. The fuel pump is pushing fuel, but I don't think they injectors are being spraying..
Another scary thing.. I checked the compression.. I noticed the first time that #2 cycl was 90 where the other 3 where 170-180... But, when we rechecked them in the garage.. Everyone was 30 except #2 which was 90 still. Then we added more juice to the batt, and #2 was 125 and the others where 60???? I am thinking that its an issue with the compression tool at this point. The car has run perfectly till I tried starting it the other morning, and it wouldn't start. There is no way the car could loose compression overnight.. Or is there?

Not unless you overheated it badly.
But even then you would feel unequal compression with the sound the starter would do. it would be like 3 quick turns and one longer, 3 quick, one long, etc., etc.

Still not running, Checked timing, fine. checked, Main Relay, Fine. Checked spark, Fine, checked pump pushing fuel to fuel bar, fine. Replaced spark plugs, fine, replaced wires, fine. Checked spark, fine, checked for gas on new plugs, There is gas. ARG.. Checked ground. Checked coolent.
Any sugg?
