i spun a rod bearing and some of the material got into the head there were tiny nicks and scratches on the cam caps (upper and lower(lower=actaully part of head)) i was wondering if i can somehow refinish them or if someone can that i could send it out to so the motor i s completely apart i will get pics up asap but i need ideas oppinions

 

if the cam caps are damaged you can just get new ones STR makes some aftermarket ones that are pretty nice and for not to much $$$$ is that what ur asking?

 

I think he's not talking about the cam seal. And I dunno if you can really refinish that surface, I dun think so, but then again I never asked,
