Anyone ever try to get an exchange from Ground Control?
I have Ground Control coilovers on my 95 GSR, and I had some problems with the rear driver side sagging. So when i put on my Tokico Illuminas and we went around the car and measured so that we could have it the same height on all wheels.
Anyway, I noticed when i was getting my muffler installed that the rear driver side coilover is still set a lot higher than the passenger side is. I'm thinking that the spring may be, i dunno, "loose". Any thoughts? I tried calling GC once before but the guy was a total ******* and i just hung up on him. I'm going to try to get the part # for the spring and see if they will warranty it (no idea what their warranty is). Or if I can just buy a replacement for that one spring.
Thoughts on if my problem could be anything (although its not really a problem). Also thoughts on if anyone has dealt with Ground Control? Other than my one time their customer service wasn't all that great.
Lastly I guess, anyone know where I can get just one coilover spring to replace that rear driver side in case I don't get one from GC?

they're just custom rate Eibach springs...and spring will do, just be sure to know the height, diameter, and spring rate.
you could replace it with H&R's, Intrax, etc. Although you should be able to order one through GC.
I hate to say it...but it may not be the spring, it may be the shock.

I agree, Ground Control's customer service is way below even unacceptable. But, what do you do when they are the stuff of champions.
I would say that your shock is possibly bad too, or possibly some other type of suspension piece, maybe bushings.
Eibach makes the springs for Ground Control and their failure rate is pretty low, as well as the fact that they offer a lifetime warranty with their springs.
Try shocks and other suspension pieces first, IMO. If no sucess is found then contact GC again regarding your issue. And if that doesn't work, try Eibach.
