I'd like to see pics of dsm intercoolers on 2nd gen CRX's too. I couldnt get my 1g dsm intercooler to fit in the spot where the resonator used to be. The only crx I've seen it actually work on had an aftermarket front bumper.

the second gen dsm intercooler's are hard to fit. they stick down alot more than a 1st gen
just cut the lower end tank off the 1st gen (leave like 1 or 2 inches and the thing fits like a glove.
then get 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 silicone fittings and go to an exhaust and have them make you a bunch of 90 degree bends of 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 exhaust pipe (about 4 0r 5 depending on how you run the pipeing) and one or two 45 degree. The peices should be 1 1/2 to 2 feet in legnth.
also its good to paint the inside of the pipe because motor's dont really like to run on rust chips.

Johnnyracecar.com The 30x6x2 intercooler on this site works well, AFAIK. That's what I'll probably end up using.

The 30x6x2 fits nicely on 88-89 front bumper but it's a lot tougher getting it into a 90-91 because of the fog light pockets. It can be done though.
