what oil should I use on a 90 crx dx?

I was just wondering what grade oil do you guys use on your crx's. I have some mobil 10w40 at home, can I use that or does it need to be 5-30? This car has high milage. thanks

Castrol GTX either 5w30 or 10w30 depending on your climate

thats what i use...well 5w30...
