Constantly having problems with my CEL. It throws a code 14, and my car idles high, bogs and sometimes even dies on me.I know that code 14 is my IACV, I cleaned out my screen, then reset the computer. The light goes out, and then the car is perfect. A few weeks later it will do it again. But when I clean the screen it is perfectly clean. My filter is pretty exposed to outside...could it be from sucking in dirt and grit or what, but if my screen is clean that doesn't make sense. I desperatly need help. Anyone have any ideas???

 

maybe the sensor is bad and cleaning that screen wontt do a damn bit. Try tradign with a friend to see if it just needs a new or new used one. Check wiring too
