EX602a OR 6002i (speaker placement question)??
The car is a 98 Integra GS.
I have a pair of Infinity 6002i 6.5s, and a pair of Polk Audio EX-602a 6.5s. Not sure what deck I'll be using, but the speakers won't be amped and there will be no subwoofer.
With that said, which should I put in front, and which should I put in the rear? Or should I just buy another pair of either one and use all the same speaker? Both can be had on eBay for under $50. I listen to about 95% rap/hiphop, so bass is important (again, no subwoofer, I mean it).
Here are the specs to help you out:
Infinity 6002i
Size 6-½"
RMS Power Range 2-60Watts
Peak Power Handling 180Watts
Sensitivity 92dB
Frequency Response 53-21KHz
Design 2-way
Tweeter Design Dome
Tweeter Composition Textile
Woofer Composition Polypropylene
Woofer Surround Rubber
Impedance (Ohms) 4
Dimensions
Top-mount Depth 2-¼"
Polk Audio EX-602a
Sensitivity 92 dB
Frequency Response 75 - 22k Hz
RMS Power Range (Watts) 2-60
Peak Power Handling (Watts) 120
Impedance (Ohms) 4
Top-mount Depth (Inches) 1 15/16
Bottom-mount Depth (Inches) N/A
Thanks!!
