92 civic vx with ls motor swap...

i tried installing my spal power window kit last night...that's where the problem began...

the battery is fine, the headlights come on, and the interior dome light comes on...

when i put the clutch in to start the car, NOTHING HAPPENS...no starter, no fuel pump pressurized....NOTHING......i dont kow what it could be

i tried jumping the starter with jumper cables ran directly to my battery, and it started to crank...whawhawhawhawhawha----this was WITH the clutch pressed down, and the ignition in ON position.....

all fuses are fine any suggestions?!!!
