I HAVE A 91 TEG..INSTALLED A96 LS MOTOR T3-T4 GARRETT TURBO, TUBONETICS WASTE GATE, TURBO XS BLOW OFF VALVE,AFC II, RC INJECTORS,EXAUST , INTERCOOLER AND A ACT 3RD STAGE CLUTCH,ALSO A FAL COOLING FAN..... THE CAR.. RUNS LIKE A DREAM ON 8PSI..

HERE IS MY PROBLEM.....THE COOLING FAN IS BRAND NEW SO IT WORKS. IF I TEST IT ...BUT WHEN I CONNECT IT TO THE OLD FAN CONNECTION IT DOES NOT KICK IN WHEN ITS SUPPOSE TO SO MY CAR OVER HEATS IF IM STOPPED AT A LIGHT ...MY CLOCK, HEAT..DONT WORK ...THE DOOR LLIGHT FLICKERS ...LIKE WHEN YOU HAVE BLOWN THE FUSE FOR YOUR RADIO...BUT THE RADIO FUSE IS NOT BLOWN.....IF I GROUND THE FAN ANYWHERE ELSE IT STAYS ON FOREVER..ARE ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS RELATED????..PLEASE HELP

THIS IS WHAT THE CAR LOOKED LIKE BEFORE I BOOSTED IT....I WILL UPDATE THE PICTURES TOMMORROW....EXTERIOR WILL BE DONE AFTER THE WINTER.....

sounds like you have 2 problems.

#1 your caps lock key is stuck. you might be able to fix this easily with a simple tap on the key board. Maybe you need a new one.

#2 sonds like a loose ground probally installing that afc you knocked something loose or something. just go over everthing and make sure its tight

maybe its the tempurate sensor that is by the theromostat. when my was bad my fan never can on either

 

you said you have a GS integra... in the fourth picture is clearly states LS beside where it says INTEGRA... expain please...

 

I REFER TO MY TEG AS A GS....BECAUSE I SWAPPED A 96 GS MOTOR W/ 10K ON IT.......WITH MY CAR NOTHING IS WHAT IT SEEMS.....YOU CANT SEE ANY GAUGES OR INTERCOOLER STICKING OUT...NO ONE WOULD KNOW MY CAR IS BOOSTED ...IF I DIDNT TELL THEM ...OR PASS THEM BOOSTING...
