Someones offering me a T3 garrett turbo with minimal shaftplay w/ bov and downpipe for 200-250 cdn funds I think its a good deal. But what else do I need to make a turbo run properly on my 1.6L sohc si engine??????
If you really need to ask that question, i suggest you dont buy the turbo. 200 canadian sounds like a good deal for a t3 with a downpipe. Depends on how much shaft play it has tho. You can put a turbo kit together for dirt cheap, but you can also end up spending quite a penny if you dont know what you are doing. Ive known so many people who jump into turbo'ing their hondas and either end up selling their cars or end up selling the turbo kits. If you really want to turbo your car, i suggest doing tons and tons of reading first and get a good understanding of forced induction first. Some sources that could help

not trying to blow you off boost, I love it and it made my car waaaaay more fun. However, if i didnt know half of what i know, i wouldve sold my car a loooong time ago, and im still constantly learning new things.
